HERBALIFE TROPICAL FRUIT DELIGHT
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
4 oz. Orange Juice
1/4 or 1/2 Frozen Banana
2 Dessert spoons. Formula I
Blend well and enjoy! Serves 1
 
HERBALIFE MELON TREAT
1 Cup Diced Cantaloupe
1 Cup Diced Watermelon
2 oz. Herbalife Aloe Juice
3-4 Ice Cubes
2 Dessert spoons. Formula I
Blend Well in a blender and serve. Makes 1 large serving. To make 2 servings, add 2 more Dessert spoons. of Formula I.
 
 
HERBALIFE PEANUT BUTTER CUP SHAKE
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Pkt. Instant Hot Cocoa Mix
1 Tsp. Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
3-4 Ice Cubes
2 Dessert spoons. Formula I
Put in the blender and mix well. If you omit the peanut butter, this is a delicious chocolate shake. Serves 1.
 
Herbalife Crepe (gives 2 crepes = meal)
2 measurement cups of Vanilla Formula #1
1 measurement cup of whole wheat flower
1 egg
Milk
>Mix all ingredients together and add milk until batter consistency

> Take a skillet and add a thin layer of olive oil with a scott towel

>Let the skillet heat at high, then turn it down to medium

>Pour the 1/2 of the mix into skillet and stretch the mix in the skillet as much as possible so it gets thin and round - let it cook

>When the edges are golden, flip it

>Wait until the flip side is golden, then your 1st crepe is ready - Repeat steps for the 2nd crepe
 
Herbalife Very Berry Shake
Berries provide lots of heart-healthy antioxidants.

Ingredients:
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake
Mix 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup low-calorie cranberry juice
1 cup frozen mixed berries
A few drops vanilla extract
4 ice cubes

Directions: Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
